How to Book a PSI SERIES

Once you’ve added Annie, please proceed with scheduling the initial phone consultation and filling out all the forms.

In this matchmaking session, we will discuss the information in the forms and determine if we are a good fit to work with one another.Please fill out the following forms before your phone consultation appointment.

Cost: $600
In this session, you will learn the Somatic Interactional technique and experience the profoundly calming effects of the CST technique, which will bring your autonomic nervous system into a rest and digest state (State 0). If your nervous system cannot come into State 0 we will discuss possible options.
You will need to schedule a Cranial Sacral Therapy session before any full day PSI session if you are traveling from out of state or if Annie has not seen you for six weeks.

Cost: $1,200.00
This is a full day session, amplified by entheogens. I will email the medicine session information document that will support you through this process.
Bring your notebook and I will transcribe during your session everything your primary consciousness (unconsciousness/inner wisdom) teaches your secondary consciousness (ego).

Cost: $200
It is important that you book this session the morning following your full-day session. We will go over your notebook with highlighters. This session will help your secondary consciousness (ego) comprehend and integrate the insights from your full day session.

Cost: $600
This session should be scheduled approximately 4 to 5 days after your full day session.
This session will help your body clear and discharge the suppressed emotional material that has been held in the tissues. We will do an integration session at the completion of the CA session. This is the last appointment of this series and it will integrate all the previous work.

Please arrive un-caffeinated, well hydrated, and in comfortable clothes. If you (or your child) have symptoms of any sort of illness, bacterial, or viral infection, please reschedule your appointment. In deference to those who are chemically sensitive, it would be greatly appreciated if you would avoid heavy scents (like perfumes or fragranced detergent/dryer sheets).
Please do not arrive early—Annie uses the time between appointments to re-set the studio. Occasionally, she is running behind tending to the client before you. She can usually notify you of this via text. If she cannot, she’ll leave a note inviting you to relax on her peaceful porch bench till the studio is ready for you.
You will want to plan a quiet evening at home after your session and, if possible, for the day after your session. Your nervous system will be quieted and you may feel kind of tired and in need of rest. It's best to plan for that if you can.

You’ll notice when you schedule online that Annie takes your credit card at the time of booking.
For 90-120 minute sessions, kindly cancel at least three days in advance.
For full-day (six-hour) sessions, please cancel at least a week ahead.
Last-minute cancellations will incur the full session fee.
*If you will need a receipt for your insurance company or firm, you can do so by letting Annie know at the BEGINNING of your appointment, and she will provide one at the end of your session.

Your next series should be booked 4 to 6 weeks after your first series followed by your third and forth series 4 to 6 weeks after that.
Working with a trusted therapist (i.e. LCSW, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist, etc.), especially one who has a somatic background, is essential during this time. You may be dysregulated during this process and should surround yourself with as much support as possible: both personal and professional. I am happy to make referrals for therapeutic support.
During the intervening time between a series, your body will continue to do waves. Make time in your schedule to do personal SI sessions and record your insights in your notebook. You are welcome to do phone consultations with me and to book Zoom CA sessions with me. It is necessary to have a trusted loved one or friend present during these sessions so your process can be witnessed. Regular and consistent bodywork is very beneficial to support your body as it discharges the suppressed emotional material that no longer serves you.

What you put into your body is no one else's business but yours.
Annie does not provide any drugs, medicine, medications, or herbs.
If you are in a state that requires a medical cannabis card, you will need to obtain one before working with Annie. In the state of Utah, you can go to utahmarijuana.org.
Annie is not an instructor for Psychedelic Somatic Interactive Therapy (PSI) nor does she teach this technique.
It is strongly recommended that you establish a relationship with a licensed mental health care professional to support you through the Psychedelic Somatic Interactive Therapy (PSI) process (see FAQs for more information).
